Returns available and eligible for a refund if all of the following is met:
- The item was lodged for return within 30 days of purchase
- The item was faulty or damaged when you received it (photos will be required)
- The item is unused
- The item still has original tags and in the original packaging
Simply contact us to confirm what is being returned and why it is faulty. We will then provide you with a return address. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
